Dart Engineering Currently Consulting on $50 million of Florida Projects

Dart Engineering, a Longwood based construction and development consulting firm, is currently consulting on $50 million worth of Florida projects.

The Village Spires Condominium Association (left) has recently contracted with Dart to provide general construction and engineering consulting services on their three-year $20 million restoration program. This project involves the complete restoration of the two 13-story oceanfront towers located on Vero Beach.

Program Management services are also being provided by Dart on the $17 million Flores Del Sol (below) residential development on 6 acres in Titusville.  The project consists of both single family riverfront lots and fifty luxury condominium units. Scheduled for completion in 2008, this is the fifth project Dart has managed for the same Developer.  Jackson & Kirschner of Melbourne are the Project Architects.

The former owners of the now closed Seminole Greyhound Park, have contracted with Dart to be their construction and development consultant for the $10 million, 7-acre mixed use commercial project in Casselberry.  This project will be the anchor commercial project on the new 4-lane extension of Seminola Boulevard currently being constructed by Seminole County. 

Dart Engineering was founded in 2000 by John and Patty Jones.  John is a professional engineer, certified general contractor, and building code official and is the former President of Demetree Central Constructors (DCC).  In addition to providing Program Management services, Dart also provides claims consulting and litigation support services to some of the area's largest law firms.
